This bend in the Cuyahoga River is ideal to help clean Cleveland’s CO2 pollution and turn the heart of Cleveland into a green and clean space. Using AI, this brownfield can be terraformed into a garden that takes inspiration from the Versailles Garden and used for both apartment housing and cleaning the environment. Processes like Small Modular Reactors and Direct Air Capture systems combine with natural aid from a variety of plants to draw CO2 out of the air and ground, cleaning this once unusable area. Apartments can then begin to grow with natural forms that compliment the green site that surrounds it.
